Pastry Chef Audrey Tan is the owner of Le Bijoux and also its Chef Baker.
She believes in going back to the roots of baking and the concept of artisan produce: using natural ingredients and crafting it with passion.
She did her culinary training at Orange Coast College in Los Angeles, USA. She then did a 2 year stint at the Ritz-Carlton Laguna Niguel working under Pastry Chef Jean-Francois Lehuede. Afterwhich, she returned to Singapore in 2003 to work at the well-known Saint Pierre Restaurant as a pastry chef for 4 years where she quickly gained a loyal following.
She is also a cookbook author having published her own dessert book LUST which is filled with simple recipes that can be easily replicated at home.
