Chef Patrick Heuberger is the Executive Chef and Part-Owner of Au Petit Salut French Restaurant, located in chic Dempsey Road in Singapore. He is also part-owner of Bistro Petit Salut, which is the smaller more casual sister outlet.
Au Petit Salut specialises in authentic brasserie favourites such as French Onion Soup (Soupe à l’Onions au Comté), Beef Tenderloin Tartare (Tartare de Boeuf), Escargot (Demi-Douzaine d’Escargots de Bourgogne), and Le Cassoulet. He is most famous for his classic beef dishes such as Onglet de Boeuf “Black Angus" à l’Echallote, Côte de Boeuf “Black Angus” Rôtie au Four Façon Troisgros and Joue de Boeuf Braisée au Vin Rouge.
Au Petit Salut has had a loyal following of local and expatriate gourmands who appreciate the Chef 's uncompromising commitment to serve authentic and tasty French cuisine.
Chef Patrick previously worked in Hong Kong at Cafe des Artistes in the famous Lan Kwai Fong entertainment area and classically trained in cuisine in France as well as internationally. He has been a chef for more than 15 years and worked in various Michelin-star restaurants in Europe. He teaches the Chocolate Workshop (using Valrhona chocolate only) and classic French cuisine classes at the school.
