Chef
Sebastian Ng was recently
the recipient of the prestigious 'Meat & Livestock Australia
Rising Chef of the Year' at the World Gourmet Summit 2005,
for the second consecutive year.
Sebastian is the Executive Chef and part-owner of Restaurant
Ember at Hotel 1929, a chic boutique hotel. Hailing from
the Marmalade group's Pierside Kitchen & Bar, he honed
his culinary knowledge at 5-star establishments in Singapore
such as Four Seasons Hotel and the world-famous Raffles Hotel.
His wizardry with seafood and game meat can only be described
as a palate-pampering experience.
